Our Policy
RagingBullNation uses its best efforts to respect and protect the privacy of our online visitors and donors. We will not share your e-mail address or any other personal information with any other third parties.

Organizational Structure
RagingBullNation is an independently organized and governed fan club for Major League Soccer's New York Red Bulls. The opinions and views expressed or implied on our official web site (www.RagingBullNation.net) or through hyperlinks to domains outside of www.metronation.net are not necessarily shared by Major League Soccer, the New York Red Bull organization, or even the consensus of the RagingBullNation membership. Similarly, RagingBullNation does not directly influence or produce the content contained or displayed on such "third-party" sites that are directly or indirectly affiliated with its official web site. Visitors to our official web site are duly advised of these independent relationships between RagingBullNation and other independent entities related to Major League Soccer or the New York Red Bulls.

Spamming and Viruses
RagingBullNation has registered its domain names, metronation.net & ragingbullnation.net, with Omnis, an ICANN-Accredited Registrar. In addition, metronation.net is hosted by Hasweb, a division of HostDime Inc. Furthermore, it is our strict policy to send e-mails or RagingBullNation eUpdates to anyone or any organization who requires or requests a direct response, or who has voluntarily subscribed to our RagingBullNation eUpdate service. Concerning the latter, any subscriber can voluntarily unsubscribe at any time by carefully following the instructions at the end of each eUpdate for unsubscribing.

Unfortunately, in the very rare instance that a "hacker" breaches the security protocols implemented by our domain name registrar or domain host, it will be our top priority to resolve it in cooperation with our domain name registrar and host partners, immediately. This will be the case whether we detect a breach directly, or are informed of one by our registrar, host, or web site visitor(s). RagingBullNation is not responsible for spam or viruses, or the consequences thereof, generated by such "hackers."

Is Credit Card and Personal Information Secure?
We care about the safety and security of your transaction. We use PayPal or eBay to process all online transactions. We do not have our own proprietary online transaction processing system. Therefore, your credit card and personal information are secure per the security policies, procedures, and protocols implemented by PayPal and eBay.

Do We Use "Cookies?"
The only "cookie" that is stored longer than your session on our website is for our current Poll.

Note to Parents on Our Privacy Policy
RagingBullNation welcomes youths and young children to learn more about our organization, the MetroStars, and Major League Soccer. While our web site content is published and monitored with consideration of a very diverse audience, we still encourage this to be done only with their parent's knowledge and/or supervision, as appropriate.
